The Sun Parakeet Watercolour Original

$200.00

The Sun Parakeet Print was painted in 2021.
It’s a 9x12 inch piece of a 300 lb watercolour paper.

Do you ever look for the symbolism in things that show in your life?

I always look for this; it always excites me to discover why I get inspired by certain animals, why do I paint them and perhaps, what are they trying to tell me?

Make it stand out

I am thrilled to present my stunning 9x12 watercolour painting of a sun parakeet or sun conure. This beautiful bird is known for its golden-yellow plumage and orange-flushed underparts and face, and it immediately caught my attention. I was inspired by the symbolism of the parrot, which represents the potential for growth, new ideas, and the importance of paying attention to signs and omens that may guide you in a new direction.

The parrot is a spirit animal that encourages you to chase your dreams and to be aware of your self-talk, and this painting is a reminder of that potential. I painted this piece in 2019 on 300lb watercolor paper, and I hope it inspires you to embrace new opportunities in your life.

*Please note this painting does not come with a frame.

“The beauty of your story is that it’s going to continue to evolve and your site can evolve with it. Your goal should be to make it feel right for right now.”
